Hi Tech Composites is a full service provider of RF friendly concealment systems for the telecommunications industry that meet or exceed the carrier requirements for RF transparency and the aesthetic appearances important to building owners and other local jurisdictions. HTCS has over 15 years experience in providing quality composite structures Nationwide – active in markets from Long Beach, California to Long Island, New York. We offer a wide range of products from parapet walls, roof top structures, radomes, and flagpoles to sophisticated cupolas, chimneys, water towers, and church steeple reproductions.
Unique features and textures are available which include faux brick, stonework faces, clock-towers, wood/metal siding reproductions, aged surfaces and much more.
HTCS has accumulated a considerable amount of experience in the Telecom industry by providing multiple products to several carriers, such as Verizon, Sprint / Nextel, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, and AT&T Wireless.
HTCS designs and manufactures faux wooden water towers, which included all RF compatible FRP materials. Custom supports and braces are designed to include 8″ deep channels with 6″ legs.
The tower below was 18 feet in diameter x 18 feet tall with a replicated domed roof extending to 20 feet in diameter. The exterior has a deep wood grain surface to closely approximate a genuine weathered water tank.
The Hi-Tech Composite Structures manufacturing operations are divided into mold-making, lay-up, structural fabrication, RTM, assembly, and finishing/shipping areas. The company’s modern facilities is on three acres with two 15,000 sq.ft. manufacturing / storage buildings.
Extensive inventory of both structural and shrouding components allows HTCS customers the advantage of prompt turnarounds on orders.

HTCS was called upon to replicate a cupola that had become a landmark of aesthetic value. The challenge was to fabricate an entire RF transparent structure while maintaining the original style and form of the local landmark.

FRP construction utilizes HTCS fire retardant resin with the addition of UV absorber and/or protective exterior polyurethane paint. Concealment screening systems are RF transparent. Manufacturer shall have certification of RF Insertion Loss and RF Reflection loss testing.
